Welcome to Dream Logic

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a corporation registered in the United States.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you do not have permission to use the service.

1. Nature of Service and Disclaimer

1.1 Entertainment Purposes

Dream Logic is a dream journal and analysis tool based on Artificial Intelligence. The service is provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or consistency of the generated interpretations.

1.2 Not Medical or Psychological Advice

THE APPLICATION IS NOT A DOCTOR, THERAPIST, OR CRISIS SERVICE.

The content generated by AI:

• does NOT constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.
• must NOT be used to diagnose or treat mental illnesses or sleep disorders.

1.3 Emergencies and Mental Health Crisis (IMPORTANT)

1.4 Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer ("Hallucinations")

We use third-party providers (such as OpenAI) to process texts. You acknowledge that AI is an experimental technology that may produce incorrect, offensive, or biased information ("hallucinations"). The use of generated information is at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Automatic Renewal

"Premium" subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Store account. They renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.2 Management and Refunds

We cannot cancel your subscription or issue refunds directly. You must manage your subscription from your Apple or Android device settings. Deleting the app or your account DOES NOT cancel the subscription charged by the store.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1 Your Content

You retain rights to your dreams. You grant us a worldwide license to process such content in order to provide the service to you.

3.2 Zero Tolerance and Ban

It is prohibited to enter illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content. We reserve the right to permanently ban any user who violates these rules, without prior notice and without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Dream Logic" brand, code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of PROPEL SOFTWARE INC.

5. Limitation of Liability (Indemnification)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold PROPEL SOFTWARE INC. and its employees harmless against any claim arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The service is offered "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

8.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute between you and Propel Software will be resolved through individual binding arbitration, and you waive your right to a jury trial.

8.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM SHALL BE MADE IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

10. Additional Terms for Apple Users (iOS)

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you agree to the following:

• Agreement: These Terms are only between you and Propel Software, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Maintenance: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• Warranty: In the event of App failure, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Claims: Propel Software (not Apple) is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App or its possession.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
